At Dcycle, protecting user information is our top priority. We have prepared this Data Privacy Policy to describe our practices with respect to the “personal information” (as defined below) that we collect when you:

  • Visit and interact with our Websites that display or link to this Privacy Policy;
  • Visit and interact with our branded social networks;
  • Visit our offices;
  • Receive communications from us, including emails, phone calls, texts or faxes;
  • Use our cloud products and services as an authorised user (for example, as an employee of one of our customers who has provided you with access to our services) where we act as data controllers of your Personal Data;
  • register for, attend or participate in our events, webinars or courses; 

For the purposes of this Data Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated, all references to Dcycle include all Dcycle App cloud services.

We will collect and use information that we receive directly from users through the Dcycle website or services only in the manner described in this Data Privacy Policy. This policy does not apply to practices that Dcycle does not own or control, or to individuals that Dcycle does not employ or manage. By using Dcycle’s web services users agree to the data use described in this policy and users expressly consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy. The processing of personal data is necessary to receive certain products or services.

Our websites and services may contain links to other websites, applications and services maintained by third parties. The information practices of other services, or social media platforms that host our branded social media pages, are governed by their privacy statements, which you should review to better understand their privacy practices.

In addition, we provide appropriate training to employees and have internal procedures in place to periodically review our GDPR compliance objectives.

Data protection and privacy policy.

By virtue of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), as well as the national implementing regulations, we hereby inform you of our Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy defines the processing by the Company of personal data that you, as a user (the “User” or “You”) of the y website (the “Website”), are freely and knowingly providing for the purpose of registering and purchasing products offered by Dcycle on the Website through the registration form.


The User’s personal data collected through the registration form on the Website is collected by Dcycle for the purpose of creating a user profile on the Website. The personal data is necessary for the execution of the service contract between you and Dcycle.

Dcycle will only collect the personal data that is necessary, exclusively, to achieve the purpose expressed in the previous paragraph that you freely, informed and unequivocally consent to by accepting this Privacy Policy.

In this regard, and in accordance with the GDPR, it is your consent that legitimises the processing of your personal data in each specific case.


The User guarantees that the personal details provided are truthful and is responsible for notifying Dcycle of any changes to them. The User will be responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided, exempting the Company from any liability in the event that it is unable to achieve the purpose for which it was provided.


The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.

In the case of the personal data you provide us with by sending your curriculum vitae, they will be kept for one year, from the date of the last update. After this period, without having been updated, the data will be deleted, unless you indicate otherwise.


The Company informs the User that their personal data will be transferred for the purposes of commercial communications, diligently executing the service contracted by the User and improving the quality of the Dcycle App to: 

  • Sendgrid
  • Hubspot 

In addition, the data will be stored in data centres owned by Digital Ocean and Amazon Web Services. All providers to whom we transfer data are located within the European Economic Area so there is no international transfer of data. You can read more about this in our Confidentiality Commitment. 



The User has the right to (i) access his/her Personal Data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data or, where appropriate, (iii) request their deletion, (iv) request the limitation of the processing of his/her Personal Data, and (v) oppose the processing of his/her Personal Data.

For this reason, the Company maintains personal data protection security levels in accordance with applicable regulations and has established all the technical means available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided by the User through the Website.

Likewise, Dcycle and its professionals undertake to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with regard to personal data in accordance with the RGPD.


The User declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing of the same by Dcycle, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, Confidentiality Commitment and Terms and Conditions for the purposes indicated by the User.
