Need to report on workforce terminations for CSRD, GRI, or internal HR reviews? Now there’s a dedicated pivot table for that.

We’ve added a Number of Layoffs category to pivot tables — purpose-built to analyze contract terminations across every dimension you need.

What’s included

  • Layoffs measure — counts only contracts ended by termination, in the exact month they ended
  • Layoffs (financial) — same count weighted by participation holding, perfect for group-level consolidation
  • Full hierarchy support — break down by year, month, quarter, gender, age, contract type, job category, labor agreement, country, and contract end reason
  • Time-precise — layoffs are counted in the month of the contract end date, not spread across the contract duration How to use it
  1. Go to your project’s Visualizations section
  2. Select Pivot Table and choose the Number of Layoffs category
  3. Pick your rows (e.g. gender, contract end reason) and columns (e.g. year, quarter)
  4. Add the layoffs measure — done Why it matters
  • ESRS S1 ready — report on dismissals with the granularity CSRD demands
  • Spot patterns — see if terminations cluster by gender, age group, or contract type
  • Compare periods — year-over-year or quarter-over-quarter trends at a glance
  • Export to Excel — the download matches exactly what’s on screen
  • No manual counting — the platform filters terminated contracts automatically It’s live in your account right now. Head to Visualizations and give it a try.
