What’s new?
From now on, you can mention any member of your team directly in Dcycle comments by using @ followed by their name. The person mentioned will receive an immediate notification so they can see the context, respond, or take action without wasting time.
How does it work?
- Open any task section to leave a comment.
- Type
@and start typing the name of the colleague you want to mention. - Select the person from the drop-down menu.
- Send the comment — done! That person will receive a notification on the platform.
What is it for?
- Quickly resolve queries: mention the person responsible for a piece of data directly in the comment where the question arises.
- Assign contextual tasks: leave clear instructions linked to the exact item they refer to.
- Reduce external noise: fewer emails and Slack messages for things that are already in Dcycle.
- Traceability: the entire conversation is recorded alongside the data or section that originated it.
Who can use it?
All users with access to the platform can make and receive mentions, regardless of their role.
