How does it work?
A red indicator will appear next to the help icon when you have tickets with unread responses. Click it to open the portal and see the full history of your conversations.
Access the support portal via the help icon in the left sidebar. From there you can create new tickets, reply to existing ones and track their status in real time — all without switching tools or leaving your workflow.
