Tips to Start “Playing” With Your Data
Want to try these features right now? Follow these expert tips:
- Where do I find it?: Go to your Carbon Footprint Project, enter the Visualizations section, and select Pivot Table (either GHG or ISO 14064). You’ll find the new fields there, ready to drag and drop!
- Create your Facility Dashboard: Set up a quick view to compare your sites and save it.
- Duplicate and Conquer: Don’t waste time starting from scratch. Duplicate your facility visualization and simply swap the “Facility” field for “License Plate”. You’ll have a detailed fleet report in seconds.

- ISO 14001 Certifications: Since these are obtained at the facility level, you can now monitor each site’s emissions with just one click.
- Effective Reduction Plans: Did the lighting upgrade in Plant A work? Is the new truck more efficient? Compare data year-over-year and measure the real success of your actions.
- Total Transparency: The system organizes data automatically. Anything outside a specific facility (like general procurement) is grouped as “Outside facilities” (or “Outside vehicles”), keeping your reporting clean and professional.
