Manage your own emission factors more easily with folders, bulk upload, and direct selection when entering data.

A full overhaul of custom emission factors
Custom Emission Factors (CustomEF) now works as a proper feature instead of a manual workaround. You can:
- Organize your custom emission factors into folders, just like files.
- Bulk upload emission factors from an Excel file, or create them through the Dcycle MCP.
- Choose your custom emission factors directly from the Emission Factors Configuration Screen.
- Use new categories for custom emission factors, including Goods shipped and received, Employees, and Business Trips.
This makes it much easier for advanced clients who rely on specific databases or supplier level emission factors to keep everything organized and up to date.
What happens to your existing custom emission factors
If you already had custom emission factors set up, they have been migrated automatically. You will find them under the name “Custom Emission Factors (Migrated)” so nothing is lost. If you have any questions about the migration, reach out to your Dcycle contact.
