Fine-tune role permissions by category, entity, and facility
Admins can now give each role exactly the access it needs, down to specific categories, child companies, and facilities.

Set access category by category
Every category in Members & Roles (Environmental, Social & Governance, General, Other actions) now has a clear bulk Edit/No access switch, with the full list of individual permissions underneath for teams that want to fine tune further. The same granularity now applies to custom categories: once a role can edit custom categories, its access can be narrowed down to specific ones instead of all of them.
Scope roles to specific entities and facilities
Roles can now be limited to specific child companies and/or facilities instead of applying org wide by default. If you leave the scoping unchecked, the role keeps working exactly as it does today, across the whole organization.
Who can change what
Only administrators, or the owner of a given role, can update these permission settings. Since roles can be shared by multiple people, editing a shared role’s rights from a member’s profile now shows a clear warning that the change will apply to everyone who holds that role.
