New Verifications Hub to prepare for carbon footprint audits

Clients and verifiers now have step-by-step guides, checklists and embedded videos to prepare for and pass a carbon footprint verification without surprises.

For clients

The Verifications Hub in the Dcycle Help Center walks clients through a 3-stage method to reach an audit prepared: a pre-verification checklist, Guarantees of Origin, Scope 3, Dcycle’s internal pre-audit and the final report. The guide now includes embedded walkthrough videos so each step is easy to follow.

For verifiers

A dedicated guide for verifiers shows exactly where to find and validate every data point inside Dcycle in reader mode: traceability, emission factors, Scope 2 (location and market based), Scope 3, base year, reports and sampling.

  3. Enter historical Scope 2 emissions with the location based method You can now log historical Scope 2 emissions using the location-based method, split into electricity and heat, steam and cooling, so your past data is as detailed as your current reporting.
