Choose which organizations collaborate in a project

Pick exactly which organizations take part in each project, so only the right teams see it, feed it with data, and show up in its results.

How it works

You can now select the exact organizations that participate in a multi-org project. That selection defines the scope of everything that happens inside it.

Only the organizations you choose will:

  • See the project in their projects list
  • Feed the project with their data
  • Contribute to the results shown in visualizations, Excel exports, and reports

This works for multi-org project types such as GHG, ISO 14064, ESRS, and EINF, as well as custom project types. Other frameworks, like LCA or logistics, remain single-organization for now.

Why it matters

Ad hoc groupings of organizations, by region, business unit, or any custom criteria, become a simple project setting instead of a structural change to your company diagram.

This saves time during onboarding, since reports no longer require reshaping your organization structure to match a grouping. It also removes the friction of reconfiguring your company diagram whenever a client or stakeholder asks for a different grouping to prepare a report, which is especially useful for groups that need to regroup many organizations on demand.
