What’s new
You can now add comments directly on an invoice to capture context that used to live in emails or side conversations. This keeps the discussion attached to the record it belongs to, so anyone reviewing the invoice later has the full picture.
Key capabilities
- Mention teammates with @mentions to pull them into the conversation
- Attach files, such as supporting evidence or documentation, to a comment
This first version is available on invoices, with plans to extend commenting to other parts of the platform over time.
