Enter historical Scope 2 emissions with the location based method
You can now log historical Scope 2 emissions using the location-based method, split into electricity and heat, steam and cooling, so your past data is as detailed as your current reporting.

What’s new
You can now enter historical Scope 2 emissions using the location-based method. The input form now separates this data into two categories:
- Scope 2 (location-based) electricity
- Scope 2 (location-based) heat, steam and cooling
This mirrors how location-based data is already structured for current reporting periods, so historical records follow the same level of detail.
Where it shows up
Once entered, historical location-based data flows automatically into your location-based dashboards, pivot tables and GHG reports, exactly like the rest of your location-based emissions. Your market-based totals are not affected by this change.
