Reprocess documents with Leia without leaving the sheet

Fix a misread document instantly by giving Leia a hint, instead of deleting it and starting over.

What’s new

When Leia reads a document wrong, you no longer need to delete it and start again. Leia can now re read any document, one at a time or in bulk, using a hint you provide to resolve ambiguity.

  • Re read one file: open any pending or processed document and send it back to Leia directly from the review screen.
  • Re read in bulk: select up to 50 files in the processing sheet and give Leia one instruction that applies to all of them.
  • Guide the reading: tell Leia where to look, for example clarifying which consumption figure to use.

How it works

The document stays the source of truth. Leia uses your hint to resolve ambiguity, never to invent values, so one instruction can fix a whole batch instead of forcing manual re uploads or hand edits.

This is available today for invoices, transport and report documents. Re reading processed vehicle consumption and business travel documents is coming next.
