You can now share PPWR declarations of conformity with external stakeholders, such as clients, auditors or partners, directly from the platform. Every declaration across all your PPWR projects is now visible in one place, under the new Verification section, so you can quickly search, sort and select exactly which ones to share.
Full control over access, at all times
Add a stakeholder with their name, email and an optional reason, then choose precisely which declarations they can access, whether it is one, several or all of them. You can grant or withdraw access at any time without having to re-share from scratch. Every link is sent from the platform by email, so access stays tracked and auditable, with no more copy-pasted links floating around.
