About Dcycle

Dcycle is the platform that connects the operational data of companies that make, process and move products, and gets it ready for auditors, customers and AI agents. Behind it are more than 60 people across Madrid, Munich and London.

What we do

Collected once. Used every time.

A company's critical data is scattered and rebuilt by hand every time a customer, a bank or a regulator asks for it. Dcycle connects it, organises it with the rules that govern it and keeps it traceable.

Today it's scattered across

  • ERP
  • Energy bills
  • Supplier portals
  • Logistics systems
  • Spreadsheets

Dcycle

  • Connects every source
  • Organises data with its rules
  • Keeps it traceable

And it serves every purpose

  • Customers Questionnaires, supplier approvals and tenders.
  • Regulation What regulators and banks ask for, ready for the auditor.
  • Day-to-day operations Purchasing, energy, logistics and costs, with the same numbers.

More than 2,000 European companies work with Dcycle, from SMEs to large groups

  • ABB
  • Ajinomoto
  • Eiffage
  • KLN
  • Sabadell
  • Valeo
Our AI

We've built an AI that works with you, not instead of you.

It's called Leia, and it does the work nobody misses: reading invoices, sorting files, finding duplicates. What matters is still decided by a person.

  • It reads for you; you review. It extracts the data from every invoice and nothing is saved without your approval: 99.99% accuracy.
  • It asks before it assumes. If something isn't clear or it spots a duplicate, it lets you know and you decide.
  • You talk to it like a person. In your language, typing or dictating with the mic.
«AI isn't replacing me. It's multiplying me. And it's multiplying the whole team.»

Meet Leia
LeiaSample data

I've uploaded the October invoices. Is everything there?

I've read 24 of 25. One looks like a duplicate, so I've set it aside for you to decide. The other 24 are ready to review.

Our mission

That no company should have to rebuild by hand data it already has, whoever asks for it.

What we believe

  • Data is collected once

If a team rebuilds the same data every time a customer, a bank or a regulator asks for it, the problem isn't the team. It's the system.

  • Every figure can be explained

Which system it comes from, which rule was applied and who validated it. No black boxes, for your team or your auditor.

  • AI is only as good as its data

An agent reading scattered data gets things wrong with total confidence. Leia works on organised, traceable data: that's why you can trust what it answers.

Our vision

For a company's operational data to be as reliable as its accounts, and for its teams and AI agents to work on top of it.

  1. 2020

    First, another idea

A marketplace for sustainable products. Talking to companies, we saw the problem wasn't intent: it was data.

  2. The pivot

    We dropped everything

And built what they were asking for, even if it meant starting from scratch. If something doesn't work, we change it.

  3. Today

    The most demanding ground

A company's most fragmented data, and the only data an auditor checks line by line. More than 2,000 European companies work this way with Dcycle.

    • Emissions
    • Energy
    • Supply chain
    • Compliance
  4. Where we're going

The same foundation, across the company

With the same rigour, we're taking that foundation to the areas that drive the day to day.

    • Purchasing
    • Finance
    • Operations

It's already happening. This is what shows up when the data is connected:

See what companies find
Finance

Knows what it costs.

Plant C · Utilities €612,000
Operations

Knows how it runs.

Plant C · Energy per tonne 412 kWh/t
Sustainability

Knows the impact.

Plant C · Emissions per tonne 134 kg CO₂e/t
What none of them saw alone

Plant C spends €186,000 a year too much on energy.

Where we are going in 2026 and 2027

Every step should make the next one easier.

  1. 01

Every report builds on what is already there

Finish one report and you start the next, each one reusing what is already loaded. How we measure it: your second year should cost you a lot less than your first.

  2. 02

    More teams, the same data

A purchase order matters to finance, a payslip to people and a route to logistics. These teams already share data with sustainability, and today nobody serves it to them.

  3. 03

    Your data, from outside too

Sooner or later nobody wants to upload files: the ERP gets connected, your own dashboards draw on the API and your company's AI queries the data over MCP. Dcycle has to be as easy to use from outside as from inside.

Culture

What Dcyclers are like.

  1. 01

    The human layer

Agents take care of the repetitive work. Judgement, conversations with customers and humour are still ours, and we look after them as the most valuable things we have.

  2. 02

AI in our day to day

The whole company contributes to the product, not just engineering. Customer Success ships automations, and Finance took a reconciliation from two days to ten minutes. Everyone orchestrates their own agents.

  3. 03

    Learning

What you know today won't be enough tomorrow. Nobody waits to be taught: we learn, we try and we share, inside and outside Dcycle.

  4. 04

    Trust

Mistakes made in good faith aren't punished: we look at them, learn and move on. We share what we're going to build before we build it, so autonomy doesn't turn into noise.

  5. 05

    Independence

If you see a problem and you can fix it, fix it. You already have permission. Everyone manages their own work and decides how to solve it.

  6. 06

    Courage

We say what we think, plainly and with respect. And we take on what feels daunting: changing course, stepping outside your role, breaking something to understand it.

How we work

Builders. Learners. Managers of one and many.

Juanjo wrote down how we work today: what we expect from each person, what he commits to doing himself and the tensions we haven't solved yet.

How they tell it on LinkedIn

  • Vanesa García Head of Product Design at Dcycle LinkedIn ·

  • Tailor Hub Software studio, organiser of Ahead LinkedIn ·

  • Íñigo Medina Chief Product Officer at Dcycle LinkedIn ·

Sidney Lumet said that before choosing a lens or an actor, a director has to answer one question: what is this movie about? The answer decides everything else.

I've thought about Lumet a lot this year at Dcycle ES. Everyone has AI tools now, and very few have found the fun in them. The usual suspect is the tool. I think the answer lies in what the tool gets plugged into. An amplifier amplifies whatever you connect to it, noise included.

A year ago we were tired and spent our days putting out fires. We chose to slow down, look after the clients who already trusted us and give ourselves room to breathe, and that asked something of every team. So when AI arrived, it found a whole company that had just remembered how it wanted to work.

Sales wrote its own automations to prepare every conversation. Marketing built a tool that connects each campaign to what really happens in the pipeline. Customer success built agents of its own to look after every account. Operations work alongside agents that know the rules of the house. And in product, an agent in our Slack answers anyone's questions about clients, reviews code and proposes fixes, but never ships anything without a human. Nobody waited to be told. It spread the way good habits spread, one colleague showing another what they had built.

All that speed has a destination: someone on the other side, waiting for an answer.

Clint Eastwood keeps the first take because his crew trusts one another, and that is the part I'm proudest of. Before you can have fun with a new tool, you have to have fun with the people around you.

To the whole Dcycle ES team: this one is yours. 🎬
