Dcycle for teams

Dcycle for people teams. Workforce and mobility, without spreadsheets.

The social indicators in the sustainability report come from HR: headcount, pay gap, training, accidents. Dcycle collects them once and puts them where the report needs them.

What lands on your desk

Said by people in your role, and what Dcycle does about it.

  1. “The social indicators in the report come from my department”

Pay gap, accidents, layoffs and training are structured for ESRS S1 and GRI, so the figures HR already tracks reach the report without being copied by hand.

  2. “The mobility plan and the staff survey”

In Spain, Ley 9/2025 requires a sustainable mobility plan from sites with 200 or more employees. Dcycle's commuting survey already captures the transport data the legal diagnostic needs.

  3. “Personal data has to stay with HR”

Roles and permissions decide who can see each data set, so HR keeps control of its data while the indicators feed the report.

Frequently asked questions

Which social indicators does Dcycle cover?

Workforce data for ESRS S1 and GRI, including pay gap, accidents, layoffs and training.

Does my company need a sustainable mobility plan?

In Spain, Ley 9/2025 requires it from sites with 200 or more employees, with a deadline of December 2026. The plan starts with a diagnostic of how employees commute.

Can Dcycle track the plan after it is approved?

Yes. The law asks for a progress report every two years, and Dcycle keeps the commuting data up to date so each follow-up comes from live data.

Who sees the data HR uploads?

Only the people you give access to. Permissions are set per team and per data set.

See it with your own data.
