Self-service integrations: connect your systems on your own

Connect your own systems to Dcycle and always know exactly what happened to the data you sent.

What’s new

Dcycle is rolling out a self-service way to connect external systems directly, without needing engineering support on either side. Instead of a custom setup per data type, there will be one consistent way to send data to Dcycle: a single guide, an instant receipt confirming what arrived, a specific error message for any record that fails, a notification when processing finishes, and advance notice before anything changes.

What this means for you

If your team wants to connect an ERP or another internal system to Dcycle, your IT team will be able to follow one guide on their own, see immediately what was received, understand exactly which records had issues and why, and get a heads up before any change could affect their setup. No more guessing what went through or chasing down errors after the fact.

Availability

This is starting in beta with waste data. Freight, purchases, facility consumption and own workforce data are coming next. Getting data out of Dcycle and connecting the existing app or Data Importer to this new approach are not part of this first version. If you are interested in connecting your systems early, let your Dcycle contact know.
