What’s new
Now, when you upload a file to My Files, we tell you right away what is going to happen with your data and what does not happen automatically yet.
For PDFs of electricity, combustion, air conditioning recharges and waste, Dcycle, and Leia in particular, does the work for you:
- Saves the file.
- Classification: it identifies what type of file it is and which data category it belongs to.
- Reading: it extracts the data so you can use it in your projects. It also automatically identifies which organization and facility they belong to.
- Review data: a manual check before the data is saved. Remember: AI + human review = 99.99% accuracy.
- Completed: the data is saved in the corresponding category, along with the associated additional calculations (energy consumption in kWh, kg CO2 eq, etc.). My Files, the bowl, becomes your intelligent file manager: a single, transparent place to capture your data. Less noise and more clarity about the status of every document.
How to use it
From the holding account, drop your files or folders into the bowl and let Leia do its work. Leia will sort them out for you.
You can minimize the view to keep working on other things while the processing finishes.
Once everything has been processed, make any relevant reviews or confirm the data for all your documents.
Keep in mind that, for now, Excel files from certain categories (purchases, business travel, etc.) cannot be processed here yet, but you will hear from us soon 🙂
Tip: edit your facilities with the address shown on your invoices so Leia is 100% effective.
Why it matters
Now, anyone who uploads documents to Dcycle for processing will know when it has finished and will have reviewed them beforehand. This avoids errors during processing and surprises before verifications. Having your data ready is the most important thing when tackling any project.
What’s coming
For now, Excel files for these categories cannot be processed from My Files. We are working on it!
